Return & Exchange Process

  1. You can return or exchange any product purchased online within 15 days of receiving it.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Inform our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  4. You can also visit our designated Livix BD outlets (if applicable) to process a return or exchange, subject to stock availability.
