  • LIVIX currently provides shipping services only within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed or Cash on Delivery (COD) is approved.
  • Confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • During promotional campaigns, sales events, or unforeseen operational delays, processing time may extend up to 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • LIVIX reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if payment verification fails, required information is missing, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  • Inside Dhaka: Approximately 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: Approximately 2–4 business days
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political disruptions, courier limitations, natural disasters, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, package weight, and courier service.
  • All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

5. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

  • Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
  • LIVIX shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services after the order has been dispatched, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability may result in order cancellation or additional re-delivery charges.
  • LIVIX shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • If an order is received in a damaged condition, missing items, or incorrect products, the customer must notify LIVIX within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
  • Resolution may include replacement, partial refund, or other remedies as determined by LIVIX in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available in selected locations.
  • LIVIX reserves the right to decline COD orders based on delivery location, order history, or risk assessment.

  • LIVIX shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
